SeCAD V10

SeCAD is our CAD-solution for production orientated solutions. This program looks about the demand of clients in the natural stone industry in particular. With SeCAD kitchen countertops, washstands, stairs as well as all conventional types of workpieces can be drawn. Cut-outs, profiles, joints or cross-cuts can be inserted easily.

SeCAD supports the measurement of kitchens or stairs with our 3D-Laser Delphi. With it kitchens can be constructed for the CAM-system from the measurement at the site to the complete drawing.

The drawings are prepared such that they can be read into TOP or SeCAM immediately. Another advantage is the continuous handling philosophy of all our software packages.

TOP V10 Nesting and Cutting Slabs

TOP is the CAM-solution for bridge saws par excellence.
The easy handling and the fully developed functionality established its high reputation and worldwide application. Only in cooperation with TOP the use of your bridge saw will be as efficient as possible and will lead to an increase in productivity.

SeCAM V10 for CNC Machining Centres

SeCAM is an increasingly efficient software, that has been developed for optimal processing of natural stone slabs.
The productivity of milling machines and CNC-machining centers largely depends on the application of an even high-capacity software. Consequently SeCAM is an indispensable factor for productivity gain.

DigiStat for Slab Digitization

DigiStat is an additional program with which slabs can be photographed and vectorized easily. Apart the actual slab outer contour, the program can add the usable inner face of the slab. Furthermore, a net area for the cost calculation can be defined. Additionally arbitrary imperfections can be inserted. The slabs are saved including all relevant information and can subsequently be imported into all of the SeKON CAM Software.

In the process DigiStat supports two application cases.

• Slabs can be photographed and digitalized already at the intake. So pictures and exact geometries of all slabs are present immediately after the receipt.
• The individual slabs can be photographed immediately before the bridge saw or on the bridge saw table.

SeProfil for Sawing Profiles

SeProfil is a CAM software with which Edge profiles can be easily produced on bridge saws.

The profiles are drawn in SeCAD over 2 levels (longitudinal section and cross-section). SeProfil calculates a 3D profile from this.

UpStairs Construction of twisted Stairs

UpStairs is one of the most popular and most technically ingenious software of stairs construction for the natural stone industry.

The main reason for its success are the well thought-out user interface as well as its user-friendly handling and its flexible extension. The division into several modules offers the possibility to extend the basic package individually anytime.

UpStairs provides completely dimensioned production lists in any gage for printing out.

Clearly arranged and individually worked out calculation and assembly lists round off the production data.

DigiScan - Templating

DigiScan is a program which photographs and digitalizes patterns easily and quickly. The vectorizing of the pattern is done automatically. The contours can be transferred to SeCAD and be modified there. A workpiece is created from the template in SeCAD and can then be used in one of the SeKON CAM programs

3D-Laser Templating System

Delphi is a 3- dimensional measuring system for kitchens. The system consists of:

• a laser for the measurement of walls and the already assembled kitchens. Complex kitchens can be detected accurately and quickly.
• SeCAD, our user-friendly CAD- software which leads you easily through the construction process with the help of an assistant. From the measurement the kitchen countertops are automatically generated with joints and overlaps. Afterwards the cut outs are positioned accurately and the cross cuts are placed. Then the countertop is done.

Delphi is a 3-D laser so that back walls including power sockets can also be measured easily.

Optionally stairs (out and inside) and bathrooms can be measured as easily, too.
